INVESTING IN NORTH KANSAS CITY 2024

North Kansas City has experienced significant business growth and development in recent years, reflecting its strategic importance within the greater Kansas City area. The city has seen a surge in both large-scale investments and small business expansions, making it a hub for economic activity.

The rise of mixed-use developments has transformed parts of the city into vibrant live-work-play communities, drawing in a younger, dynamic work force. These developments not only contribute to the local economy by creating jobs, but also enhance the overall quality of life for residents, making North Kansas City an increasingly attractive place for both businesses and individuals.

The North Kansas City Business Council's annual "Investing in North Kansas City" event highlights significant investments in the community, with projects in 2024 collectively valued at more than $200 million and bringing more than 100 new jobs to the area.
